This is a very sturdy baby gate we installed at the top of a staircase to protect our year-old granddaughter who was visiting for Christmas. The gate latch was very easy to open so adults to pass through, but very effective at keeping the baby out. We used the pressure mounting (and its very secure), but it also came with hardware to fix it to the walls. And the black finish was very attractive in our home.

Simple enough to install, but when extended to the end not very sturdy.

We used to have a heavy trifold wooden gate, but my dog quickly learned how to nudge it open. I really did my research on dog gates and I was not disappointed with the one I chose. I love that the gate swings both directions because it’s on the landing of our stairway. It also stays open at 90° and automatically closes and latches when less than 90°. Excellent quality and fairly easy to use. Guests sometimes have difficulty figuring out how to operate it the first time since it requires two motions.. It was a little challenging to install due to the baseboards we have but we were able to finally install it properly. Overall we are extremely pleased!

We purchased this gate in 2020. This gate is a freaking tank! It survived a move, being tossed by a EMT, tacked by a German Shepherd, and a toddler! This gate is so sturdy that when the EMT ripped it out of the way and threw it. The gate hit our dishwasher and broke the dishwasher panel. But the gate is just fine!! I couldn’t recommend this gate enough! We just bought a second one.

What a great gate. Stays put. Closes automatically everytime! Stays open when opened all the way. Love that it swings both ways. Super sturdy…all in all, a really great gate!

We purchased this gate as an option for our guests renting our beach house that have small children. Easy to assemble and setup, works quite well.

As you can see from the photos this gate unfortunately damaged the wall which Im not sure if I can repair or not and it is bending. I was hoping it would be more sturdy. The customer service for this company is amazing and theyre already sending a complete replacement. so we will see how it does and I may change my review if the replacement does not have the same problems. On the plus side I do like how the gate swings both ways and that it is adjustable!!!

This is such a sturdy gate and the functionality is top notch. I love that I can make it stay open if I want, its great for in the morning when Im carrying her from my room to outside. (We leave it open all night) And then in all other cases it closes automatically. That has saved us quite a few puppy chases lol.

Fits nicely. Really like the pads for the tension bolts. They help protect the Sheetrock and framing.

This was easy to install and versatile for a number of settings. We found overtime though that the gate began misaligning due to heavy use. Would recommend only for low traffic areas, this did it work well on the long term for ours which sees usage 10-20 times a day.
