My husband used one of these tools when he worked on typewriters back in the 1970s. When he didnt need it for work anymore, he gave it to me, and I have used it many, many times for all kinds of different situations. I havent used this new one yet but compared it to my old one (which is still in good shape after all these years), and this new one seems a bit sturdier, so I will probably never need to buy another one. Its such a handy little tool that I wanted to make sure I had a spare one just in case my old one should happen to break. The quality of this new tool seems excellent, even better than my old one, and I am very happy with this purchase :)

Good product. But if you use it for instrument repair wrap the hook end with tape, it will scratch. I found this out the hard way :(. Still, made in USA, not overly priced. Happy customer!

This is just perfoect for working on computers. I had one and lost it when I moved, immediately ordered two more. Helpful when pulling things apart, securing a stray wire you cant reach or pulling dust bunnies out of CPU sinks.

This is a good tool for putting on and taking off springs. Also good for getting to hard to reach areas to remove paper clips and staples.
