Great bulbs! Love the warmth and filaments and look. Looks great in our kitchen. We had one bulb (we ordered a pack of 6) that showed up and wasnt working. I reached out to customer service and they were happy to resolve the issue. Would highly recommend!

I cant believe I have to return all the bulbs I replaced because one of them is broke. I dont want the money I just want a bulb to replace the broken one.

The bulbs come packaged very well. Anyone who had an experience before of getting a broken bulb in the mail, I would recommend ordering from this company. I do not have glass shades over my chandelier bulbs, and the pictures were taken with my laptop. They are not good photos. But, you can see that the bulbs are warm and bright. The light isnt a yellow light, but an extremely pale orange. I just took out yellow bulbs, and these definitely are amber or faint orange. They provide beautiful light and ambiance, and look much better than standard shaped bulbs.

This company not only has bright and pretty lights (they really look just like the picture when at home lite up), but they also have the customer service to back their product. I ordered 2 of the 6-pack bulbs and 1 of the bulbs did not work upon arrival. The company had put a card in the box with their information and I contacted them directly. I had a response in less than 12 hours and a replacement in the mail within 24 hours. Not only are the quick and responsive, but they are polite and friendly.

Open these up as soon as I got them so excited. However I was quickly disappointed. Of the 4, 1 wasn’t even tinted & it has broken. The tint isn’t really like what is advertised. Certainly not as dark glow looking. Will be returning.

So far so good. Live in small space and prefer smaller packaging.

Hey one of these bulbs did not work. Can you send a replacement?

I bought these lights for a 8 lamp mason jar light we installed. when i installed the lights 2 right out of the box didnt work, not sure how there return policy is so i will respond again if i have any problems. Like the looks of them but I think I should have went with the 25 or 40 watt. Any way great look other then 2 not working. Updated 1/5/17 Moonrock contacted me almost immediately and sent another box of 4 at no charge to me. They look great (see pics) especially since I installed a dimmer. Thanks Moonrock

These are very pretty but I would not buy 60watt, recommend 40 or lower. Vintage and soft and ambient .
