Most handy. Replaced pocket knife for ordinary use. Holds an edge for a long time.

Really like the size of this knife, as well as the feel and stability when holding it. This has also became my No. 1 striker for my ferro rod. I’m sure everyone has seen videos on YouTube where the guy pulls out his knife and slides it across the ferro rod and attains phenomenal sparks. Well I tried this with 12 different knives from many manufacturers and in stainless and carbon steel. Some wouldn’t make a single spark. Some were so so. But let me tell you- this stainless Eldris was the winner by a long shot. I swear to you I was getting globs of sparks. You could hear them hitting the ground. I love this knife. If you live in California- be careful. Their laws identify this size of knife as a dirk. You can’t carry it concealed. Not around your neck, not in your pack or in your pocket. For some dumb reason however, you can carry it in the open if it’s in a scabbard and visibly seen at all times. Mora makes a scabbard for their knives that fits the purpose. It’s small enough to fit in my back pocket and that’s where I carry it. I recommend this little guy to anyone and everyone.

Just got this, and the first thing I checked was how sharp it was, since some reviews stated that it was less than sharp. Not sure about theirs, but mine is inhumanly sharp. Quality is great, like my other Mora. Ill certainly be buying more.

The Eldris is an excellent small fixed blade. Easy to pocket and stow. Another great quality Mora knife. The depiction of what youll get with your order here though is somewhat misleading(confusing maybe) and definitely disappointing as the neck kit was not included in my order and in further review does not appear to be an option in this product description?
