Morakniv Knife Blade Classic No.1 Stainless Steel Knife Blank For Knife Making, 3.9 Inch

Dont buy stainless steel knives!

My coworkers and I found a deer antler out in one of our properties and decded to purchase some morakniv blades to make some really tough looking knives. I paired mine with a Hide & Drink sheath in red (pictured) in which it fits perfectly. It was a few weeks between recieving the blank and actually making the knives, and in that time the tang seemed to oxidize a bit. Nothing a turn on the wire wheel didnt fix. Plus, we set the blanks in epoxy, so it needed to be roughed up some anyway. They look great, and Ive been showing my knife off to anyone who will sit still long enough. Also pictured are the two other knives we made, also with Marokniv blanks.

Very sharp blade , I like the size , but wish they had a much longer blade to offer as well

I’m hopeful these are ok... I ordered four stainless all four packages said stainless, all four knives were carbon steel. I don’t have time to return as these are for gifts that i need to give next week. Just upset as it felt like a bait and switch

Very pleased with morakniv in general they make an awesome knife from the get go so i felt comfortable buying a blade to make my own handle. Work in progress but am happy to have recieved the same quality blade as they have in their knives

Super pleased! This blade was scalpel sharp right out the box... clearly a quality piece of steel. My handle material wont arrive until tomorrow, so I will update this review after I get the knife all together and put her through the paces. I am full of anticipation, the blade looks so nice. Mora is one of the best, we know and this blade seems more than up to par.

Sharp enough to shave with and zero corrosion.
