I am very impressed with this company. I received my five flash drives, and had filled three of them with trip pictures to share. The fourth one had a defect - it couldn’t go into the USB port. I emailed them to tell them, and they wrote right back to correct the situation. They are sending me a new one, and I do not have to send the defected one back. It is so nice to deal with a company that backs their products. I would definitely buy their flash drives again. Thank you.

I am sorry to say this but one of these is bad! We even tried to reformat it several times. Very disappointing as they are used for backups and it has caused some issues. :( UPDATE: Was contacted immediately by mosDART! I should have contacted them first before writing my review. I am truly sorry about this. They have offered several options to remedy this! I will tell you that I would most definitely buy from them again! Thank you so much. Kind regards.

So I just received these. Ive seen more than a few reviews saying that some of them arrive DOA. I tested all five and they are functioning as expected. For a quick test, I copied a 125mb file to each of them without an issue. It seems theres a bit of a speed discrepancy between the items. It took 15, 18, 20, 21 and 24 seconds to copy the file to each of them. I retested the slowest of the bunch (the red one in case your wondering :) ) and got the same result. So that works out to an average of 6.4MB/second. For $3.40 each, I cant complain. If I have any durability issues Ill amend this review.

I bought the 32gb with 3.0 usb and the data transfer is fast, a great back up flash drive for my files.

Not useable for my purposes. 2 have failed after format, 2 more can not berecognized after a large data load. Would have returned but waited too long

I needed 5 USBs to enter some projects into a showcase. Each entry had to be on a separate USB. I didnt need them to have much space. After a trip to the local office stores I was only finding USBs that were much more expensive and had much more space unless I settled for a childs one shaped like an animal or star was. Even then it was 9.99 for one and it wasnt professional to turn those in. These worked great and come in a nice little box that I will store them in till the next showcase comes around.

Unable to reliably retrieve data from device. Added two stars, I was contacted by customer support and they refunded the purchase price. That is pretty excellent if them.

I have bought these twice, and on both occasions, one out of five of the thumb drives doesnt work. So I contacted the seller, and lo and behold, they did back up their product. It took a little time for them to ship me two replacement thumb drives from China, but after they arrived, their customer service department followed up fastidiously. And the two replacement thumb drives did work. So I was pleased to find the company provided that customer service, and Im happy to report that the thumb drives I received worked!
