Within the first month the stitching on the strap came undone. Luckily I noticed before my laptop hit the ground. Had a friend restitch to reinforce the shoulder strap. Didnt have time to bother with returning but would not purchase again.

Perfect snug fit for my Acer Chromebook 315 (15.4 inch). Bag is well padded and soft inside with a nice grey interior. Besides the zipper pocket there are two more velcro pockets on each side of the bag. Pink marble design is very pretty. Very pleased with my purchase.
