Greater than one weekLovely skates. They’re adorable and feel very high quality for the price. Only 4 stars because it doesn’t come with a tool which all other Moxi skates I’ve seen do. A beginner might not even know they need one if they get these. I feel like if you’re marketing a skate for beginners that’s something you should absolutely include and not make them go out of their way to find. You need it to 1. Loosen and tighten the wheels 2. Remove the toe stop to add a toe cap or replace the toe stop when it wears out. And 3. Loosen or tighten the trucks which can help with turning. The crab tool that comes with other Moxi scares has all three of these. Even if it’s not the best it’s extremely helpful for someone who just bought their first pair of skates. The only other tool I can find with all three is almost $30 and buying them separately is even more expensive. Honestly just a really disappointing oversight. Maybe they didn’t add it to save money but if that’s the case maybe don’t market these to beginners

> 3 dayI wanted to love these so much! The quality of the skate was really great, the adjustable toe stop a great feature for the price point and the design cute. Unfortunately, the boot itself was so stiff that it made it really difficult to bend my ankle enough to keep my weight forward. Plus, they rubbed into my ankles so badly that they bled after only an hour. I think they were great for the price but decided to exchange for a softer boot. Considering that it is so stiff I feel it would be a tough boot for a beginner, it pushes your weight backwards and increases the risk of falling. Great for the price point though!

Greater than one weekThe coolest ever! Extremely stiff around ankles. These are kinda wide so there is room if you are that wears 2 pairs of socks for skating.

Greater than one weekUnfortunately on the inside of the boot at the balls of the feet there is a huge metal plate which makes it very uncomfortable.

> 3 dayThese skates are gorgeous, but a heads up - the boot is hard! I have somewhat wide feet and bought these because the reviews said it has a wider toe bed, which it does, but the boot has no give. I imagine if I would have given them more time, I could have broken them in but I didnt want to go through the pain. I am returning these and am going to try the Moxi Panther Skates alternatively. On a positive note, the Rainbow Riders have nice sticky wheels which would have been nice for long outdoor skate sessions or even an indoor rink.

14-04-2025My roller skate box was damaged. I ordered size 8 because my feet are 251 mm / 25.08 cm, however These skates are too painful at the moment at the toe box. Their very hard to break in because the outside material is vinyl, for other beginners choosing a skate, keep in mind suede will be easier to break in. Update: ended up purchasing a boot stretcher and left them in for a week and now the skates are comfortable. Also loosened the trucks to help me turn easier.

Greater than one weekI have gotten back into skating at the years of not being on quads. I already had indoor skates so I purchased outdoor skate so I could practice even more. These skates are comfortable, easy to adjust, and an all around great skate.

> 3 dayThey are a tad high in the ankle for my liking but I just dont tie up to the top and its fine. These break in quickly and are a pleasure to skate in

> 3 dayNot a great pic, but I was having fun at my local Roller Rink! These skates are so beautiful! They are stiff, but I think that will change over time. I have wide calves and these fit me just fine! Cant wait to get these back to the rink and have some more fun!
