Definitely not industrial quality - mostly plastic - would be fine for home use - do yourself a favor and apply this cost to one of higher quality - and you wont regret it like I do I only wish i had tried this within the return window - unfortunately now it is too late

Had this come with tape, it might get a better review. Unfortunately, while using tape I had on hand, it made over half a roll useless. It has to have specific tape or it does not work. I’d rather use my old packaging tape and some scissors.

Works so much better than red one you can get at the big box hardware stores. Get this one instead.

I finally found the correct size dispenser!!! The tape tape easily dispenses. The gun isn’t too heavy. The part that helps hold the tape in place when cutting is very close to the tape so the tape doesn’t mess up. I like it a lot

I bought this for work, I work at UPS, and I dropped it once and the whole thing broke. I can’t even fix it. Look elsewhere if you need a tape gun for a manual labor job.

I tried,at first I really liked it but once the tape starts splitting its impossible to get it to peel like a even piece of tape again. I tried everything..soo... i threw out the first roll and started the second roll,again great til it starts splitting. i tried cutting it apart slicing all the way acrossto start fresh...l itwas no didnt work. i had tape clumps. I ended up having to use contact paper as tape. bummer. i wanted to be happy bc its two large rolls at an amazing price.
