Many years ago we bought a pair of clippers from Brookstone that became our favorites for years. Needing clippers in multiple locations, i.e. the car, we bought some cheap ones which were unsatisfactory. We bought some expensive ones which we like, but didn’t have the same feel. Now that I am clipping nails for my 94 year old mother, I needed some good quality, but not expensive, clippers. When we opened the cute container they come in, they were the same as the ones we bought years ago! So we bought another pair for ourselves.

I bought these clippers for my wife to use with her mother whos unable to clip her own toenails. It was a Christmas gift so she didnt use it until January and then she told me shes unable to fit her mothers toenails between the two clipper blades. Its unfortunate but I dont think the manufacturer did much study on the elderly who have thicker toenails than the normal (younger) age groups. When my wife told me about it today (2/20/23) I tried to return the item but it was beyond the sellers return policy of 30 days after purchase.

This was a most pleasant surprise! Clippers that are designed to work and work well. No slipping while holding them. Sharp, sharp, sharp. Very nice! A good and effective sanding board built in but also a separate sanding board too. The packaging is beyond wonderful. Wait until you get it and youll see. Im buying more for gifts (and I expect to be a hero in the process).

Best nail clippers I’ve purchased. They cut extremely well. Other nail clippers I’ve had have struggled to cut through gel nail polish, but not z2these. Also, I love the texture of the grip and the nail file placement. Excellent eco friendly packaging as well. Well done.
