This MRREPTILE Reptile Substrate Mat is a great alternative to the other substrate options on the market. It is softer than tile, but firmer than sand, and it doesnt have small fibers that could trap claws and toes like carpet. It is every easy to cut to size if needed, and stays in place really well. It is also a lot easier to clean that the other options as well; you can just take it out, hose it off, and its good as new. This really is a great product, that works perfectly for just about any reptile enclosure.

The quality is pretty good, easy to cut, simple to clean. Make sure you get multiple ones so that you can replace the dirty ones with clean ones while youre washing them!

My beardie likes it and seems comfy. Hes taken a nap in it. I havent washed it in the machine so I dont know how it will fair in it, but hand washing seems to do well. Looks as described and the blanket and pillow are soft.

This bed was a big hit for our beardie, he now tucks himself into when he us tired and sleeps in it all night

My leopard gecko loves this Substrate. He sleeps on it! Havnt cleaned it yet but it is very durable I can tell! its perfect!

I have two leopard geckos for class pets, both in separate tanks. Loose substrate isnt good for them as they can ingest it, so Ive been using fabric cut to fit the cages. This works great, but I do have to launder it regularly, which is a pain for tanks that arent at my house. This mat is great because I can cut it to fit the tanks and it wipes clean easily. It isnt as soft as fabric, obviously, but leopard geckos in the wild (I believe in Iran?) typically bask on slate. They seem to like it, as they usually sleep during the day in their caves, but theyve been hanging out in the shade on the substrate.

This mat is nice and heavy which means it will be very durable. It’s easy to clean and doesn’t get too stinky. Very pleased with it!
