Keyboard is not backlit. That’s my only complaint.

Cant figure out what charger it uses

Charger port broke within first six months. Returned to company (at my expense) and received it back and it has happened again, but now out of warranty so I have to pay. Cable connecting monitor to laptop just went out for the second time (more out of pocket $). Motherboard went out after 6 months, but that at least was under warranty. Laptop was only bought in June of 2020 and had light use!

Youll need to order this a few more days than you expect to need it. Needed it sooner than when it arrived. Overall its aight

This is an amazing laptop! I have had it for a little over a month now (from writing this review) and I have not had any performance issues that were caused by the computer or anything involving the computer itself. (Some programs I have don’t work properly but that has nothing to do with the laptop but missing files or improperly installed files. )

Everything works great, its a very nice mid range gaming laptop. My only issue is the battery life, it claims 7 hours. Even playing a game on the lowest graphics settings, it still only lasts about an hour unplugged.

The refresh rate on this laptop is great for this laptop and I’d highly recommend getting this one for anyone whose a first time gamer like me

This is supposed to be a great gaming laptop. Unfortunately, the one I bought is defective and has flashing colors and lines all over the screen. The seller wont respond so now we have to jump through hoops with MSI on a laptop thats a week old. Would buy again, but not from VDC Refresh. Scammers...
