Worked great as a replacement for our POS system in our restaurant. I was skeptical because it’s half the price of our last one but it works like a champ!

Ok printer for the price, but if you’re planing to use it on Linux disto don’t buy it. Support is non existent and the ppd for Linux distro is missing the cups filters.

I bought this in April and had a little issue in December. Seller is very patient to solve the problem and even sent me a new one! We need it urgently so seller ups overnight to me which is awesome! Definitely best trustworthy seller!

I bought it. But is not working well, I used thermal paper, but the font is too small. No one can see or read. I just store it somewhere. Is there any one can help me

This is a good product. Compact size and good looking. Printing is clear and fast. It supports multiple languages. I tested with English and Chinese. It worked very well. The testing tool in the driver CD is a very useful and easy to use. And the customer support team is very nice too.
