i very llike printer, easy to install and hight quality

I have tried repeatedly to get my IT technician here in the USA to get with these people and it is very very difficult. We cannot set this printer up and want a complete refund. I still have not heard from these people concerning refund....

Purchased this item for business use. Easy to set up. It is exactly what I needed and it is compatible with the cloud-based software that I use. Customer service so far is great and responses are quick and well detailed for better understanding.

I purchased this printer because I have a few other Munbyn Products and have been very happy with the quality. I had a few issues trying to get it to work with my Square Register but eventually got it to work flawlessly. So far it’s been great!

Print as faster than any Pos printer but the price is half of other very good

It was quickly delivered. I was having few doubts about the product but seller was quick on answering all my questions. Nice things about the product it is quick to set-up and easy to install. It has all the required feature which I was looking for. I am missing the following features and hope the next firmware can fix those. - Papercut option, right now it has setting on its software but doesnt allow you to set, left to right, right to left cut. It has by default right-left cut. - reduce the font size using the printer.
