> 3 dayI first saw this group on VH1 singing Im Not Okay. I was immediately impressed and after a few weeks bought the CD, Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge. They appear to be selling themselves as some sort of Gothic band, which could put a lot of people off, but believe me the music is excellent once you get into it. If necessary, you may have to ignore some of the morbid lyrics. I love the lead singers voice and think they are extremely talented. I am inspired to workout to the music, jumping about like some sort of nut case on the treadmill, but its great fun. And yes, maybe I am weird just a little bit because I am a 56 year old grandma!

> 3 dayIve waited over a decade for this to be an affordable vinyl. Words cannot express how much I love it. I was somewhat disappointed in there not being a specialized press like Hot Topic has, but at the end of the day, I have this vinyl and am much better for it.

> 3 dayI found out about MCR about 6 months ago when I picked up the black parade from my local library and was generally impressed by it, but they had no other albums by them. When I found out Three Cheers was only 5 dollars I said Why the heck not? and bought it. being as the only song I had heard from it was Helena (which I wasnt too fond of) I wasnt expecting much, But WOW did this album deliver. The fast pace and deep lyrics are enough to keep you captivated throughout the whole album, with the occasional slower song or ballad so you dont get worn. The things I love most about this album is because its not a concept album it doesnt have any of those limits, like a fast, power driven beginning to a slow, somber end and that the album flows very well. I dont ever feel like there was a drastic or awkward track change, but it doesnt feel like the same song over and over. All in all a solid album that, even if your slightly interested in pop punk, punk rock, or emo, you should give a listen to.
