> 3 dayIts heft enables you to handle it while wearing heavy gloves. The fact that it probably reminds them of the first pencils they owned as schoolchildren while learning to write somehow deterred people from stealing it. In a workplace where writing implements disappear a lot, thats a plus.

> 3 dayThese pencils are great for toddler hands. Easy to grip so that makes practice writing less stressful. The only thing is that if you lose the sharpener that comes in the package, its kind of a pain to find the right sharpener in stores.

> 3 dayThese are not the same pencils of years ago. The wood is apparently cheap scrap wood and the lead leaves tiny chips when writing. Also, the sharpener is completely worthless. It just bites into the wood and gouges out chunks instead of sharpening. The plastic is cheap and bends easily. This is not to mention the mess it makes with the few shavings it does manage to take off the pencils. I resorted to sharpening with a pocket knife. Since the lead is not very good quality, I now just use the pencils for making marks on things that dont really matter. I should just throw them away to keep from cluttering up my junk drawer. I would not recommend these pencils at all. Spent a little more money and get some better quality ones.
