This package is an older version of this program and although an instruction sheet was enclosed about updating and upgrading, the company will do neither. Unless you pay for an upgrade that is!! I didnt know when I purchased this program that it was the older version, 2006 version, but that may be because I didnt read the fine print. Anyway, I am not happy with this purchase. The first time I have not been satisfied with an Amazon purchase. I have installed the program and although I am using Windows 7 and Avanquest was supposed to send me an update (which they have not done), the program seems to be working fairly well. Only one or two small qliches so far. I like the program, but the distributor - Avanquest - should not insert flyers that they will upgrade the product unless they plan on doing so.

The programs are easy to use, revise, and print. Unfortunately they have not been updated recently to keep up with changing laws. There is no update available or technical support. It seems this company has gone out of business or is simply not updating and support this program. They keep selling the outdated version.

When I first opened the box and saw the CD-rom, I was not sure what to expect as to relevance and current content. After reading the reviews, I thought that maybe it would not work. However, the content was organized as to Home or Business forms. The interview process was very through and well thought. And after my first quitclaim deed, more than worth every dime spent. I would purchase again. Installation was eazy-peezy!

It was difficult to download

Unlike the other review, I just received this software and since I no longer have a disk drive, I had to download it to my computer. I use Windows 10. I followed their directions and had no problem. Im now in the middle of setting it up. So far so good. When I am down, I will review it again!

I dont know why so many negative reviews about this software not working in windows 7, 8, and 10. It installed without any problem on my windows 10 computer. Maybe not enough space on their HD. Couldnt be happier with my purchase.

very easy to use - have recommended to others

Same program as Broderbunds home and business attorney. But that software was so old, couldnt reload. Installed this and was able to import all my old files!

This up-dated version of a previous edition is a wonderful tool for anyone to prepare almost any legal documents. I have used it for trusts, pre-marktal agreement, contracts, promisory notes, etc.

The file will not download. I keep receiving a message stating “An error occurred while downloading the file”. My laptop is brand new, less than 2 weeks old. I tried calling tech support and there’s no option to speak to someone. It directs you to a web site. I emailed the email address on the web site and the email was returned saying it unable to deliver the message.
