These mini tablets dissolve fast and they taste good too.

Does not dissolve fast, taste is ok.

It was very help full and I feel better now.

I like this form of vitamin D that I can put the tablet in my mouth and it dissolves. I read some place that this allows the vitamin D to absorb better----but I do not know if this is true or not. Makes sense to me!

2/23/22 I started taking Vitamin D when I found out that my Vit. D had gone really low a few yrs ago & my Dr. suggested that I start taking Vitamin D daily (about 2,000) I am on so many medications/pills because of health probs & I found these to start taking & I love them! All my other vitamins are also fast dissolve or gummies.. These Natrol Vitamins are great, they dissolve very fast, & they taste great. They are cheaper on Amazon than other sites.. I always buy a couple bottles to have in stock.. They are an A+ Give them a try.. :)

These are the best. I take 2 of these a day as I lack Vit. D3. They taste like candy which for me is great. I have a super sensitive stomach and these dont bother it at all.

These are palatable, very easy to chew, and meet my doctors order in terms of a daily dose of Vitamin D. I have no idea if they are working though. I guess Ill have to wait for my next bone density test!
