Like many people on here, I was advised to take supplementary CoQ10 because I take a statin, which tends to lower naturally occurring levels of CoQ10 in the body. I feel that most supplements you take out of faith and never really notice any effects, but with this supplement I actually do feel better. I feel more clear-headed and less fatigued, which makes sense because CoQ10 is a coenzyme that mediates ATP (i.e. energy) production in cellular mitochondria.

This company was the first to evaluate quality etc. I wouldn’t buy any other brand. You can trust them. Don’t believe one brand is different from another? Do your research!!

Rigorous studies are still underway as I understand it, but I think its been effective for me. First, it helps with lower back muscle pain. Im on statins which have some negative side-effects. Second, I have not observed as many occurrences of visual migraines when Im taking CoQ10. But your results may not match my observations. Still, you may wish to try it.

I take it with my anti-cholesterol drug. No side effect observed so far.
