I think it really does help with metabolism. I already take b12 injections monthly. But I heard B6 and B12 go hand in hand so I started taking the B6 tablets. I can completely see a difference in how I feel. I definitely feel more refreshed and sort of like I have extra energy.

Good stuff

Taking this everyday for a week and not sure if has any effect on my nerve issue. Still get twitches in my foot.
