After gastric surgery, I take a lot of supplements. These ones are unfortunately the worst of the bunch. I loath taking them. They start to crumble in the mouth as soon as they encounter water - which is pretty gross. I wont be buying this brand again.

I REALLY liked it from the start because it was delivered the very next day. Youre to place it under your tongue and take it along with eating your food. It sounds tricky, but it turns out to be easy. It doesnt change the taste of your food. It tastes sweet. I love the bottle because its designed to deliver one pill at a time, once you get the hang of it.

First, Ive always been very happy with the Nature Made brand. I think they do an excellent job of maintaining quality and their prices are usually among the best (although Now Foods beats them on some supplements). As far as this B-12 supplement goes, I started taking it because I was having debilitating lethargy that plagued me nearly every day. By 5:00 pm, I was worn out completely, even on low stress days. I was also having problems with my moods, to the point where I was almost considering antidepressants. I started taking a mixture of supplements, among which is this B-12 every morning, and after a month I am noticing an enormous difference. I feel so much better and so much more energy, which then enables me to be active and to spend more time cooking (thus cooking healthier meals), and that, in turn, makes me feel even better.

These small little pink pills may taste a little chalky, however, one a day does give me a boost of energy. They are definitely worth taking daily for that little burst of energy. I would recommend these to my family, friends and everyone.

The pill is not meant to be a chewable, but the darn thing melts quickly in your mouth so good luck not gagging. I was told I am to swallow it like a normal pill, but these are not normal as they are zero coating on them. Makes me wonder if these are like others I have had in the past where you let it dissolve under your tongue.

I do not notice any difference from this purchase than my pharmacy ( more expensive).
