Before treatment for cancer, Vitamin D level was low. Was given an RX for a high dose vitamin D. After that I maintain it with 2000 units daily. Oncologist said most of his patients have low Vitamin D levels. I like the capsules better than tablets and this brand has USP approval.

Value for the money

Vitamin D3 should be giving by a doctor, and more so to an older person who does not listen to their body is telling them. Vitamin D3 can be gotten from the sum, but when you stop sweeting get in the house and get your core temperature down, these are the things I do, it may for you see your doctor.

I take them as a recommendation from my physician to help with osteoporosis. I like they are small and easy to swallow. The price is reasonable and the delivery was good.
