If I dont take my vitamin C, then my gums start to hurt. Just a few short hours later after I take 1 pill, the pain goes away! I take 1-2 pills a day. Vitamin C is so good for our bodies.

This is a great supplement. For me, it takes a few swallows of water to get it down. But this is a great product.

I’m 74 and have taken my share of vitamins and prescription meds. These tablets are uncoated stick to you tongue, taste horrible and make you gag. I am unable to swallow them. I tried returning them but they cannot be returned. I purchased two bottle. Very disappointed.

A little difficult to swallow but nutritious

Easy to swallow, good taste and much needed vitamin to reinforce inmune system.

The vitamin is huge and impossible to swallow even if cut in half. Also, the most vile taste I have ever experienced and I am 81 years old Horse tablets even when cut in half with the most vile taste I have evere exerienced.Throwing them away....DO NOT BUY. 11

Some say a glass of OJ helps start the day right. Well, taking this water soluble supplement (vitamin C) is a healthier option in my opinion. Ever since I started taking the vitamin C supplement first thing in the morning with water 30min. before eating, I have felt better in many ways. If I dont take it in the morning, I take it at night to assist with tissue repair. I, personally, have felt and physically seen a difference.

I have used supplements from this company for many years...my sole complaint is that the Vit C isnt coated and so slightly difficult to swallow....but it is an excellent supplement
