I love this stuff! Its the most effective pro-biotic Ive ever taken!

I used to travel a great deal for work (pre-COVID) and never went without at least a sheet of these in my travel bag. Great for nipping colds, bugs, etc in the bud.

The problem with this type of supplements - they say it will shorten the duration of the cold. But how do you prove that?! Maybe my cold would have been x days anyway. But I will say this: The product was easy to take and tasted fine I did not get worse symptoms - they stablized and got better within a few days. Price on Amazon is very competitive compared to other places. Comes in easy to get out blister packs.

Ive been giving these to my kids at the recommendation of our local health store (I would like to keep supporting them but their prices are so much more on these!) I have noticed my kids healthier.

I wish that every time I get sick I remember I have this in the cupboard. I usually dont remember until I start feeling really desperate for relief. (I prefer to avoid medication when possible.) A friend across the street turned me onto this a few years ago. I was skeptical until I took it. It cut my symptoms in half, and seemed to greatly speed up my recovery. Im writing this review because today I was about to go to the doctor. I was digging in my medicine box for some ibuprofen, and found my Esberitox. Its only been a few hours and I feel much better. Ill go to the doctor tomorrow if I get worse, but I doubt Ill have to go. If you get a cold, you should try this at least once, because once is all it takes to get hooked! Oh, and dont worry about buying the bigger box. It wont be long until youre passing this out to your friends. Over the years, about 1/2 my Esberitox has been shared with friends and family, the same way my neighbor across the street hooked me!

Been using it for years. I recommend it to anyone especially during weather change (beginning of winter/flu season). Best time to take it is during the onset of the flu. If taken during it will cut the recovery time by more than half. I use it in conjunction with fizzy Vitamin C 1000 mg (along with plenty of rest) and it works like magic!

We use Esberitox at the beginning of each winter season to build up our immune systems and avoid flu shots!
