Cannon has always been our go to printer, if you are looking for cheap and good print this is ok. Wish we had noticed you cant scan or feed for a copy.

This product is not well designed and Iva a dry difficult putting it together and getting it to work Allof which made it more be cause of the lack of and meaning fu instruction. The CD which wa provided could not help because I do no still have a CD D player.

Its a piece of junk ..made very cheaply. Slow printing...poor quality

Worked noisily for a few printouts and then would not turn on. Technical support no help both from Amazon and then from Canon.

It printed a total of 21 pages and now will not print from my computer at all. The help webpage also does not exist anymore. It only pulls up errors. The only thing I havent tried is to remove all the software and re set up the printer. If I have to do that every 20 pages then I stand by my review of 1 star. Will update if anything changes but for now 1 star it is.

my only disappointment was i printed all my tax information and forms and i was already out of black ink. one Effing day

I have chromebook computer and there is no way to use this printer with a chromebook

Haven’t been able to use my printer yet since it doesn’t come with the a to b usb cable as advertised. Thanks

Do not waste your money on this printer. And if you DO want to buy this one, go to the other seller on Amazon and spend the $50 its listed for instead of the $120 from this seller. The printer never wants to come online, never wants to connect to the computer, doesnt want to pickup any connection. Troubleshooting any way I can and struggle non stop for it to MAYBE work once in a while. The only reason I didnt return is I bought it, didnt setup immediately to know how problematic it is and missed my return window. Ive gotten it to print less than a handful of times for only black ink documents and it says it already needs ink....so thats cool.

I liked it just ordered the wrong one by mistake....
