This arrived today two days after I purchased a set from Michaels in the same font size. I tested all the letters side by side and there is minimal difference in the placing of some of the cross bars (like in the letter A) and spacing (letter M) but only noticeable if you have them right beside each other. The Michaels set is going back to the store.

Seems to be of good quality and works great so far. I have only used it on wood and aluminum but im sure it will work fine on steel too.

I’m not sure why it took so long to acquire one of these, but I’m very happy with this tool. The automatic feature for punching the location for to spot a drill bit is so easy and convenient. No need to use a hammer with an awl any longer. This makes it a one hand job - super easy. Works flawlessly ever time.

Straight forward, they are punches and they work, affordable and get the job done. I use them frequently at work, after longer use I will need to return to update on durability.
