Small stress hearts that fit in your hand great quality. I am a religion teacher and I used a rock=a hard heart and a soft heart=a heart of love Very effective.

I use them in an exercise class I lead at our senior center. Everyone says they are better than the balls we were using. The heart shape makes for a better hold. I wish they made a set that was even harder to squeeze.

Product is very cute. I ordered it for a company seminar we were having that involved cardiology. I received the product a day earlier than expected. The hearts vary in squeezability so that would be my only comment. It was priced great for what I needed it for.
