I never thought I’d be writing a review of magnetic hooks, but magnetic hooks of this size were hard to find on Amazon. A larger hook implies you can hang larger heavier stuff from it. And larger heavier stuff requires the hook to perform more like one that’s attached to a surface permanently. This hook does the job better than I expected from a product at this price point. The magnetic base has a larger surface area and stronger magnetism to compensate for the size and weight of what’s hung from it. The magnets are so strong they were hard for me, a 6’2” testosterone fueled male, to pull apart. When I placed one on my wall the thing grabbed onto the metal edge along the corner of the Sheetrock like I couldn’t believe. I haven’t tested the exact weight capacity, but for my use, a hook attached to a steel wall plate can support pretty much any hand tool that has a hook hole. In fact once they’re stuck to metal they’re hard to remove. Easier if you pull up or down on the hook instead of pulling away. Pulling one away from my refrigerator door opened the door! Great for hanging an oven mitt to your fridge or a dish towel to your dishwasher. Couldn’t be happier with these.

The lockers in my gym have no hooks so I bring my own. They work well as the lockers are metal. Each hook holds about five pounds which is enough for your clothes.

Bought these to hang up chains and straps in the tractor shed. It held the chain and didnt move. Very pleased with them and will probably order more!

Great and strong hooks. Got to hang broom on side of fridge. Works perfectly!

Sound and sensitivity are improved but am disappointed that it has no visual clock. Had wanted to use it in the bedroom at night but , without a clock, had to use it in a different room. Works well for all other functions.

Comes with 2 sizes of hooks for whatever you need. We got them to hang brushes/utensil/grill gloves from our outdoor gas grill.

These are strong magnets. I compared with some similar older ones side-by-side and these are a hands-down winner. Happy with the purchase. Thank you.

I tried to hold a wall calendar on a magnetic whiteboard with these and it immediately fell down. A 12 month walk calendar. Ridiculous. Does not hold the advertised weight at all.

I use the hooks for holding long aprons. Also, has smaller hooks if needed. Perfect!

Its perfect in everyway, but it wont hold up 50 lbs. I have a 4 lb portable oxygen tank with carrying case and when I go to hang it up on the hook, it slides down to the floor. Also I tried my heavy winter coat on it and it barely stayed in place.
