Nero Burn Express Version 4

$20 for trial version that is only good for 7 days. It is a scam

Bought this with the intent to burn dvds from .avi, etc... will not work wants you to upgrade and buy other software to operate

If you just want to be able to etch a design on cd this is a great program to buy. You may need to download the lightscribe drive which is free to get Nero to recognize you have a lightscribe drive. So that being said your cd drive should be lightscribe or lightscribe capable and have the lightscribe drive download and then it will pop up on Nero. If you dont have the lightscribe icon on Nero you are missing one of these things or both. Just google lightscribe drive free follow instructions for your system.

Not enough to it and I ended up buying a platinum version from NERO.

There are times when we still need to make a digital copy of important files for archiving or temporary use. I may not use this program every day, but giving my clients a disc for their requests is less expensive than giving them a flash drive. One customer has an application that can only use an optical drive because the device he is using does not have any USB ports. This program works for me specifically in this situation.

The product works fine at the beginning. After several months, it required me to purchase an upgrade version, but I didnt. Then, it complained me that I installed a second copy of the same software when I never did. No way to contact the tech support.

Have had Nero for quite some time without any issues. UNTIL NOW. This is NOT what you would expect. It merely tells you, after your install, what other products Nero has and the ONLY thing I found that allegedly works has a limited time factor. Paying for something that is only good for a month or so is NOT what Amazon should be sponsoring. This simply does not work and should be taken off.
