DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. PRODUCT WILL NOT COMPLETE INSTALL AND THERE IS NO CUST SERV. NERO ENDED MY SUPPORT TICKET BECAUSE I USED CAPITAL LETTERS ANS THEY CALLED THAT SHOUTING. ONLY EMAIL FOR CS, NO HUMAN, AND THEN THET REFUSE TO HELP IF YOU CAPITALIZE LETTERS. NERO IS A RIP OFF

Easy to learn and use...

Cannot install my software because I need the activation code that the website says was supposed to be enclosed in the box. It wasn’t there. Please assist.

I purchased Nero Standard ROM 2018 for my Windows 7 PC from Amazon. I installed it, downloaded all the updates and registered it. When I tried to burn some audio files from cds, I got various error messages. Once I just could not open up Nero Burn - it just stalled and the task manager said the program was not responding and I had to reboot. Other times I was able to add the songs that I wanted to burn onto a cd, but after it added them, I was either not able to burn because that key was inoperative or once it started burning and after a lot of time it said that the burn failed. I tried to get tech help - The box gave where to go on their website to fill out a form. No form there. Also no phone tech help (the company is located in Germany!). At the website they do not even list this version of Nero 2018! Clicking on tech support always takes you to sales page and no support anywhere there! I am even having trouble uninstalling the darn program. Thank goodness for Amazons return policy - It is free and I will get a refund of my money as soon as they receive what I received from Nero. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!

THIS IS JUST A (PAID FOR) TRIAL VERSION. I paid money for something that had an expiration date. Now they want me to upgrade for a lot more money. Dont buy it. You can get trial versions of other software for free.

Really angry that I paid for this mediocre software and it keeps popping up ads all of the time! For crying out loud, this isnt freeware. Cut it out with the annoying ads! Im going to uninstall it.

software is confusing at best. if you want to do a simple thing like convert a audio cd to mp3 good luck trying to use this software because it dont do it. bottom line the software is junk and doesnt do what says it does its not worth the money dont buy. version 7 ultra was so much better

I bought this software because my Windows media player was giving me a problem and I could not figure out how to fix it. This solved my problem and I am thinking about upgrading. I do recordings for my church and I needed something to help with transferring audio for one source to another. This helped with that.

I purchased the 2017 version. I have used the old version of Nero Express for years. The new version, I havent found out how to finalize a RW disk that is very easy to do with the old version. (I record my radio show on the recorder at the radio station and at 1 am in the morning dont want to spend the time to finalize at that time in the morning which I could do because we automate before I leave. If I had an earlier shift, the next host would be using the recorder)
