The condition / quality of the product was as close to new as could be. I’m very satisfied with this purchase & my first experience dealing with PrimeTimeBuys. Also, in a time where shipping & logistics is a major challenge for most organizations, PrimeTimeBuys was able to deliver earlier than estimated.

I’ve had this monitor for 6 months, primarily use it with my Lenovo laptop for standard “office” apps, web browsing, and video conferencing, works great!

Bought this display for FreeSync, but it doesnt have it. Im not sure which one has FreeSync or why the heck is says FreeSync in the title, also its an LED panel, not LED-TFT-LCD, that makes no sense, its LED. The picture quality is great, but its too big for a 1080P monitor. If you want 32in and up, go with a 2k (1440p) or 4k (2160p)

Screens are very dim the blacks are washed out into grays. Originally I purchased 2 Samsung f395’s 32” displays and they looked amazing. One went out and I couldn’t get a replacement so I ordered these at $60 more per monitor. Very dissatisfied with the quality of a more expensive monitor. Buyers beware.

Mine showed up broken, but its a great screen. Had to just buy it at the store.

I game mostly on ps4 and xbox one on a 55 4k. Wanted smaller for gaming. I havent tested my laptop on it but this monitor has clear picture. I purchased a viotek gn32c and was hoping for a good monitor, turns out to be blurry and no hdcp support which means no netflix etc if it is enabled on ps4. Read a lot about 1080p over a 32 inch not being so good. So I decided Ill just buy a cheaper 32inch monitor. I own a lot of Samsung products so I decided to just get Samsung. And Im glad I made this purchase. There are 2 identical models cf391 and this cf397(cheaper). I can read text easily now no matter how small compared to viotek. No dead pixels and the colors is great! No tilt function or vesa mounting but doesnt bother me. I would definitely recommend buying this as a budget gaming monitor.

The monitor is amazing expect for a red line that comes and goes. It started to happen after two months of getting the monitor.

This was a gift for my artist daughter and she loves it! The picture quality is excellent, a great value for the money. Considering that I paid half of the present cost, it was, indeed, a GREAT VALUE for the money. I wish I had purchased another one for myself before the price increase! Sigh!

Its not super heavy. Beautiful picture. The only change I would make would be having the ability to tilt back some. Good quality for the price.
