LOVE IT!!! Although the first time I used it the baggage handlers at American Airlines got it FILTHY and got BLOOD on it!!!

Used it first time on my trip fro Oregon to Florida. It is pricy but really good luggage. I would recommend it to all.

I did not get this bag thru Amazon. I bought the entire set at a retail store. But crappy product none the less. One trip my clothes were soaking wet when I got to my destination due to weather conditions while loading bag. I’ve used it three times and already terribly stained and torn. I ended up giving it the smaller one to my granddaughter to play with. I ordered a new hardshell different brand - Samsonite - from Amazon and so much happier. Don’t bother buying this piece of crap.

For the price I paid and the reputable name of London Fog, it just didnt live up. Maybe if I was only going on a road trip where I was putting it in and out of the car trunk, it would be fine. But for flying and having it thrown around by the baggage handlers, this is not the suitcase for that. It may only last me 2 or 3 more airline trips. I was disappointed.

I finally replaced a carry on Ive had for over 20 years and did lots of research before purchasing this. London Fog luggage sells for at least twice this in the department stores so I was thrilled to find this bag on Amazon. I also bought the cabin bag so Im set for another 20 years! It has all the pockets and space I need and is easy to use. The wheels work great. The color is more muted, not as pink as I thought it would be but, its still pretty and just what I was looking for. Amazing bag for the price!

Perfect carry on. Actually a ton of room!
