Yeah the fabric had a slight smell when it arrived. But it sewed up well. And the smell washed out easily. The granddaughter was thrilled when she saw it on the back of her toddler quilt

I needed baby shark for a baby quilt that I was working on. This is perfect for the backing. Just love it. Only thing - the fabric is not soft. It’s almost a little scratchy. But it works. I’m happy.

This print is really cute and will make any kind of childrens quilt or garment. The colors are bright and go well together. The only negative is the very strong chemical smell the fabric had. I had to soak it and then wash it with a detergent booster/smell remover to get rid of the bad odor. The quality of the fabric is good and will make quilts that last a long time.
