This umbrella is awesome! It’s huge for being a tiny umbrella! And very thick and sturdy! It was super windy the other day and the umbrella held up like a champ! It also opens and closes very easy! I’ve never had an umbrella with vents on the top to keep the wind from breaking it so that’s very nice! Would definitely recommend for a nice portable umbrella.

It is regular umbrella with red color. The red color looks vibrant and hopefully stays that way. Time will tell.

I ordered this umbrella and immediately put it to use. I took it to a high school football game. The umbrella is large enough to support 2 people but is designed for 1 person. The umbrella did really well in providing shade on a 100 degree afternoon. I also used the umbrella at a soccer game and with no wind. It provided good shade. I have no doubt this umbrella will provide good cover during rainy season. Easy to put away and open!

This umbrella is good quality, the color is beautiful. I got this for my son to take to school and it fits well in his book bag. The button can open and close the umbrella which makes it very easy to use. It does protect you well from the rain. Great umbrella !

Its the monsoon season here in the desert southwest. Thats the few weeks a year in which we need umbrellas - and boy do we need them. (Thanks, Amazon, for getting it to me quickly). This umbrella has worked perfectly. Press the button and it pops open. Pull it shut and it locks closed. At that point it is easy to wrap that little tab thing around it before stowing the entire thing away as a nice tight bundle. No drama. Other than it keeping me dry and not being a hassle to use, whats to say? It does everything I want and hasnt broken after a few weeks of near daily use. It has survived some decent wind gusts that almost tore it from my hand. I love the one handed opening operation. The build quality and materials all seem fine. I dont know what those vents are for. No water comes in through them.

If the umbrella cover is off and the velcro strap is loose, then a simple press of the button on the handle is a one handed way to open the umbrella fully. The next push of the button callapses the canopy. The shaft still needs to be compressed for the umbrella to be ready for the next deployment. Compressing the umbrella can be done with one hand if there is something solid to press against. Otherwise I have to use two hands to compress the umbrella. I hope I never accidentally press the button while I am using the umbrella in the rain, since it will be hard to open the umbrella back up again, especially if I am carrying something else. I like the vents that allow some wind to pass through without inverting the umbrella. The canopy is good size (42) and yet the umbrella is rather small (12 including handle) when folded. The umbrella is also good for sheilding a person from the sun. The umbrellas 90% UV protection is good for both rainy and sunny days as UV can get through clouds.

I havent had a chance to use this in the rain yet, but I have been able to inspect it and open and close it several times and can confirm that the build quality appears to be very solid. It has a nice heft to it and looks nice as well. There is also a wind channel that I expect will work well. I took one star off as I think the pictures are misleading making the umbrella look much bigger than it actually is. The dimensions are accurate based on the description, but at the time of this review there is one picture where one person is using it and it appears much bigger than real life and more egregiously, there is a picture that shows two adults using it with plenty of coverage, but this umbrella is not nearly big enough for two. In fact, the description even says in the About This Item section: ☔FULL SIZE LARGE COVERAGE UMBRELLA FOR ONE PERSON Overall a solid umbrella, but just make sure that you understand its actual size.
