I had hoped these would be a bit thicker and more cushion to them. They are nice if you add an extra blanket to them for warmth. My guys chewed 2 straps off in a matter of minutes.

I got this because we took in a rescue quite unexpectedly and my little girl refuses to bond with other rescues, shes our independent woman! He has multiple beds but he loves his little cube with his blanket inside. (If youre looking at picture attached, he is fine and if youre not familiar with ferrets yet they can sleep like the dead! They play hard and sleep hard. Little guy was not amused at the camera flash interrupting his nap time.) Dude loves this and I have one similar for my female ferret who loves the box design as well. I still recommend a double layer hammock in addition to this as they typically like to have various places to choose from depending upon mood and temperature. Would definitely recommend this one for more clawing/chewing prone ferrets because although soft it has more durability than soft fabric and stuffing filled like the other we have. 5/5 for sure!

placed it in the cage as directed. they slept in it for two days. one morning one of my boys was hacking really badly. I looked in their new bed and saw how they scratched the fluff up and im sure swallowed some. so i took it out immediately and replaced it with something different that they cant scratch and fluff. on is still hacking but day 3 he sounds better. I hope it passes. i wont put that back in their cage. its unsafe.

I will have to replace this soon.

Nightangel is a very good company to purchase from. The hammocks I bought last quite sometime and this snuggle bag is a great hideout for them.

It was bigger than I expected but it’s easy to clean. My rats liked it.

My 8 yr old ferret tore into it within a few weeks and would get her claws caught in it.

My ferrets love to sleep in it and on top of it.

I rehab squirrels and wanted a nesting box experience before transferring the babies to an actual wood nesting box. This is perfect! It provides darkness, has one opening and is made of sturdy, soft fabric. Currently I have 5 babies and this box is roomy enough for all of them. The only thing that would make it better is if it had a slip type pocket on the bottom outside with a removable hard base so it wouldnt sag with the weight. However, with that said my squirrels dont mind it sagging at all. When this one wears out I will definitely buy another!
