Noctua NF-A4x10 5V, Premium Quiet Fan, 3-Pin, 5V Version (40x10mm, Brown)

I would rate five starts instantly but theres no Low Noise Adapter. Please change the description and the picture because it is misleading.

I read the reviews because I have a Lorex Flir DVR and the noise of their DVR fan annoyed the hell out of me! I could not sleep for months because of the loud white noise and there was no way I could relocate the DVR the way my house is set up. I did a bit of research on a tech blog and someone recommended another fan and this one. I chose this one because you will need the two pin attachment and the other fan did not have that. The Lorex DVR has two fans, I recommend changing both fans to achieve the noise reduction and it will reduce by a lot. Great product.... only had it in for 2 days but I am happy with it. Thank you for saving my sleep and sanity Noctua!

Added to my Thrustmaster TMX wheel as the motor has been running hot because it’s a cheap wheel and I should have bought a G920. Perfect sized replacement from the stock fan and pushes more air out the side vent.

I was very disappointed in this fans noise level. I have other Noctura fans in my system and am very pleased w/ them but this one was way off the charts in noise level. I used a generic one instead thats virtually silent.

Not much to say about it. Its a Noctua fan. Quality is always great, its nice and quiet, not a big fan of the color but my case doesnt have a window so Im not upset about it. I dont think Ive ever regretted buying a noctua fan.

These are excellent fans that are designed to use in always on situations. They are very quiet, come with an assortment of attachments and cable converters.

This was to replace another fan that was just not performing well. This model is working perfectly in my solution, cooling a raspberry pi. The box includes and abundance of connection option, including replacing the fan connection entirely. Its a really superb value. The fan moves a surprisingly good amount or air for its size and does it silently at full speed.

Best fan available on the market. I purchased the cheaper China built fan and it died after 6 months. This fan (Tiawan) is solid, quiet, and a great buy with all the extra accessories. You get what you pay for!!!! I needed the 5v version for a Dauha NVR Security Camera system. With the added cords, I was able to adapt the default 3 wire cord to attach to the 2 prong motherboard connection. I really like the rubber mounts on the fan. Very quiet and moves a good amount of air. The china built fan was very loud. I would buy this again. Its worth every penny.

I dont usually write reviews, but this item has really surprised me. I replaced the very loud fan in my Lorex DV708-D surveillance DVR with this Noctua fan. The Noctua fan is nearly silent. It is packaged very well and has many connection pieces. Ive had the fan installed for about 1 month and there are no issues. I would definitely buy again.

I actually purchased this to modify a Dreamcast console and its excellent as Noctua products tend to be. Ive never had any complaints in the past with my numerous other fan and heatsink purchases and this is no exception. Many fans of this size tend to be noisy to achieve decent performance, but this fan achieves the best of both worlds. You can feel the air it moves and its super quiet!
