> 3 dayIts so much better than I couldve hoped for as a replacement for my incredibly loud Pavillion E5200s stock case exhaust fan. I used the dual plug adaptor cable to reroute it so that both the CPU and System fans were running from the 4 pin connector port on the mainboard. That way both fans speeds can be controlled. The system fan connector port only has 3 pins. My advice if you intend on mounting with screws, rather than the rubber plugs that are only if your case is designed for them, is to screw the self tapping screws into the required screw holes on the fan before trying to mount it. Then you can avoid plastic shreds in your case, and its far easier to screw self tappers (screws with two sharpened blades at the tip to carve a pathway for the rest of the screw to twist into).

> 3 dayNoctua fans are of the highest quality. Been using this for some time in my custom Dell Vostro 230 build and it works just great for my liquid cooler and case fan in one :)

> 3 dayEasy install! Great quality! I used this as an exhaust, and the REDUX model as an intake. The premium version is worth the couple extra dollars!

17-04-2025This fan is used as an exhaust fan on a Asus prebuild that is as loud as a car. This is my first time buying a quality 92mm fan and I am shocked how quiet this fan is. Even at full RPM you can barely hear its noise.

Greater than one weekIm rating this a 3 of 5 since it should have just come with the NH-U9S and Noctua didnt even ship the appropriate fasteners with the NH-U9S, when I bought that. Great fan and great assembly overall. I just dont like how Noctua complicated the product.

> 3 dayA good replacement of OEM fans, if you want non-vibrating and quiet 92mm fan. The only con is the color palette, but, as its sort of Noctuas signature, theres nothing you can do about it.
