Noctua NF-A9x14 HS-PWM chromax.Black.swap, Premium Quiet Slim Fan, 4-Pin (92x14mm, Black)

Bought this to replace my brown Noctua nhl9a low profile cooler. I swapped PC cases from a non visible PC components nod 202 to an nzxt h210i. I wanted to stick with the red and black theme of my mother board so I went with the black and red. Works fine so far only ran idle test so far so good also quite and easy to remove 4 screws remove brown fan and place black fan on with your choice of color edges and 4 screws.

Replaced the factory fan on the power supply for my 3D printer. There was an immediate improvement in the sound levels. My modification to the printer also included replacing the factory cover on the power supply with one I printed allowing for significant increase in airflow. The power supply was moved from the printer cabinet so it was critical to reduce the overall noise the printer made.

Quality, performance and quiet. The looks of the Chroma line are a bonus.

You can not go wrong with this fans great performance and the best of all they are quiet.

I didnt always pay -that- much attention to what fans I used. Most of the time, Id rescue them out of retired builds and cases, and recycle them into new systems as a sort of tribute to the predecessor. When I set out to build my Skyreach PC, which was my console-killer wet dream, I knew each part going in needed to be the best possible in its class. I initially bought the NH-L9i in Chromax Black and was so impressed by it, I decided to go full Noctua in this system. I replaced the GPU fans (noisy, kinda whiny and frankly too tall to fit) with these fans, and its been great.

Drove me nuts, I uninstalled it within an hour. I would rather let my CPU throttle than listen to this obnoxious fan. Its two times louder than the 6 other Noctua fans in my system combined. Contact me if you want a lightly used one of these for free, otherwise Im going to throw it in the trash.

I was unable to find thin fans like this one from other vendors, but this still exceeds my expectations. Noctua seems to always make great products that are quiet and effective.

This was a direct swap out for the fan from my noctua NH-Li9 heatsink. I couldnt come to appreciate the signature brown fan. So it had to be replaced when the black came in stock.

Bought two fans to use them as front air intake inside Fractal Design 7 compact. Easy to install and good quality.

Whether your building a gaming PC for yourself or just putting something together for your parents general computing needs, I would not trust any other fan. I have had these fans in computers for over a decade, no failures ever, always quiet, and always plenty or airflow! You can not get a better fan anywhere.
