Noctua NH-U12A chromax.Black, 120mm Single-Tower CPU Cooler (Black)

I opened the box and could not help but laugh at the size, this thing is huge and must weigh over a pound . My first thought was that it was comically large. In the pictures you can see it sitting on the CPU, and it size compared to the I/O plate of the mother board, the second pic is it sitting next to the stock AMD Cooler that came with my Ryzen 5700G. The instructions recommend you take off the cooler before transporting it because you dont want that weight bouncing around while attached to the MB. Its big.

This out preforms my NZXT Kraken. Really quiet and no water inside my computer.

The compact format, compared to similar performance coolers, and the fantastic new fans makes this cooler a very good option for those who need this level of performance at a more compact size.

So, the first case and build I bought this for, it didnt fit. This wouldnt be an issue with the cooler itself, but just the design of my ITX motherboard. If you have an Z690-I motherboard, this cooler will not fit. Just adding this to let other people know.

It’s expensive, but it seems to be worth it. Dropped my cpu temps on a ryzen9 5900x by 10c.

works amazing keeps Temps under control. I was running idol at 40 to 45 and when gaming 89 to 99 on my old cooler. but after installing this cooler now my pc is running 30 to 33 idol and 50 to 56 wail gaming. instalation is easy and great instruction. would recommend

This cooler works as well as most AIOs quiet and cools well
