Greater than one weekI own a Lenovo Legion 7i core i9 10980HK 2080 Super. Stock thermal paste is always running my GPU at about 70 degrees Celsius and somewhat unstable gameplay with a notebook fan underneath. Cinebench r23 score with old paste 923, new score after the paste 10,500 without a fan underneath. Heavy gaming is now around 64 to 65 degrees Celsius and everything from gaming to productivity is super smooth.

> 3 dayAlthough the tube is fairly large, 3.5 grams of paste is not very much. I cut a strip off the label of my brand new tube to show how much paste is really inside. Personally, I find this to be wasteful and misleading because other companies ship more paste in this same form factor. I wish I bought the larger one.

Easy to apply
Thanks to its excellent spreading properties, there is no need to manually spread NT-H2 before installing the cooler: Simply apply some paste onto the CPU (see instructions for details), put on the heatsink and you’re ready to go!
