Just got levels back from Dr and they are high..usually they are low and I take Rx VitD.

Purchased this product at the recommendation of my naturopath but first had to use up a similar product already in hand. The suggested dose is 3 capsules, and these are not smalls by any means. My doctor wants me to intake 2000 mg per day, about 8 capsules, and quite honestly, with all the other supplements I’m taking, I just can’t face the ordeal so I haven’t taken it yet. I have taken less pills to obtain similar results. I’m sure this is an excellent product otherwise it would have not been recommended and I would not have purchased, but I’m already taking 30 pills a day and I just can’t face taking an extra 6 to try out this product.

These cod liver oil capsules are great. I’ve noticed an improvement in my skin and hair. My skin is normally on the drier side and I’ve noticed it feels so much softer since I’ve been taking these.
