This is a great product for a first time user like myself. The setup was super easy and surprisingly fast considering I have a very old and slow computer. I am terrible with technology and I didnt even need help setting this up. Its a miracle! I havent had any issues with my internet speed or computer crashes etc, so everything runs smoothly. Also, it was shipped the same day I purchased and got here very quickly. Completely pleased, for $5 a month, this is a nice deal :)

I used Nortons VPN for a year and was not very pleased with it so I shopped around again when it came up for renewal. NordVPN seemed to have good reviews so I decided to try it. Immediately I started having problems accessing websites so I had to switch it off. But then I spent most of a day trying to print to my two home network printers which were continually in an error state or being offline. I suspected NordVPN but it was switched off so I thought it couldnt be the problem. After reinstalling printer drivers and umpteen other things to no avail, I decided to uninstall NordVPN. Bingo! All of my problems went away. If I cant even use my computer *even with the VPN switched off*, what good is this product?

I brought this software for a trip to China. Downloaded before I left and couldnt tell if it would work. When I arrived, the connection didnt work. After searching online on solutions, I got the PC version working, not the phones. Contacted customer service of NordVPN via chat, I was sent a test version of update and the connection worked. The customer service is quite good.

The software seems to work well to maintain my privacy. Every time I check the IP it doesn’t show anything like my true location. I also don’t get a bunch of targeted emails since it was installed. I put it on an old laptop that I had scrubbed free of all personally identifiable software, and wiped all histories and profiles that were placed in hidden files or cached. I used it with freshly installed chrome and have had no issues yet. My only question has been how my location is determined when signing up for twitter, facebook and the like. Even though my IP checker showed me as being in Miami, the twitter account picked me up as being in Europe, and Facebook thought I was in South America. I thought that was odd, and it forced me to do a little work with the accounts to correct my location to the US, but still well worth the anonymity.

I signed up in late September. This is the only app to ever cause my MacBook Pro to lock up. I have had to delete and reload the program several times in November and again in January. The customer service is almost non-existent. You only have online chat as a customer service tool. After months of problems with MacBook and iPad, I asked for a refund. I was told NO because it was past the 30 day trial period. When I asked for a manager, I was told NO. No consideration for ongoing product issues or pro-rating of the fees for the balance of my contract with them. Shop around and stay away from NordVPN.
