I would have liked it but it wasnt compatible with my computer. After I tried to download it, it told me to call some number. Some guy answered I guess he was tech support-it didnt sound like it bu i wasnt comfortable with that

Theres no VPN thats an extra 35$ a year. Also this did not get rid of the bing redirect virus for mac. So if youre looking for VPN and to rid your mac of that redirect virus, this isnt for you.

when I tried to install the Norton 360 it gave an error code. Next time I tried to install it, it said that that key code was assigned to another Norton account.

Have been their customer for years & renew annually - works as advertised, their UI has been getting easier to use & more customer friendly over the years + the settings customization pages are more user friedly. The firewall & anti-virus features are 100% reliable. The pwd manager is very useful. Have not heard good reviews about their secure vpn (very slow) & I dont use this, or their cloud backup or Lifelock.

I purchased the protection from Amazon. I was mailed a card stating how to apply to my computer. When I go through the steps it tries to charge me again. I called Norton and they are not sure what the issue is. It is disgusting as I have to try and figure out how I get this on my computer.

I updated my previous years subscription with this new Norton 360. It was one of the easiest updates I have ever done. Completely updated and working perfectly perfectly in no time. I really liked the fact that I was able to purchase a single use as that was all I required. Thank You!!!!!

will not work with fire tablet 10 ; wasted my money and I cancelled auto renewal. Signing in was difficult with no phone number on package for help.
