Feels a little softer/more flexible to me, and possibly slightly thinner than the original, but it could be my imagination - its close, and a very nice strap regardless. Everything seems just right, and they come in some pretty cool colors. Im happy with it.

> 3 dayBand arrived on time and in new condition. Very east to install and a perfect fit for my Forerunner 245 (non music version). For some reason, Garmin supplies a slate gray band with the 245 non-music watches and reserves their black band for the music model. The Garmin factory band is $30 (pricey to say the least). the black replacement looks great and fits perfectly. Highly recommend.
