THE FIRST TIME I USED IT ONE OF THE BLACK RUNNER PEICES POPPED AT SOME TIME DURING THE FLYING PROCESS- WHEN I GOT IT OFF THE CONVEYOR BELT AT THE AIRPORT IT WAS GONE AND THERE ARE NOW TWO EXPOSED SCREWS. THE WHEELS GET CAUGHT IN EVERY SINGLE CRACK ON THE SIDEWALK, GOING INTO ELEVATORS, GETTING OF ESCALATORS, I HAVE TO LIFT IT UP MOST OF THE TIME SO I DONT RUN INTO IT WHEN IT GETS STUCK. THE ZIPPER WAS POPPED OPEN ONCE WHEN I GOT IT OFF THE CONVEYOR BELT AT THE AIRPORT- SPLIT IN THE MIDDLE. I UNDID IT AND REZIPPED AND ITS BEEN FIND EVER SINCE. FOR THE MOST PART ITS PRETTY SECURE. NEEDS BIGGER WHEELS AND REINFORCEMENTS ON THE BLACK RUBBER PIECES.

Bigger than I thought

I havent had a chance ot use the suitcase yet. My only concern is that the sides seem a little thin but they might be just fine.

I was deeply disappointed. When the suitcase arrived I was thrilled. I loved it! I put it in the closet until my first trip abroad a month later. After my arrival in London I lifted it up by the top strap and it snapped off. The weight of the piece at the airport was only 47 pounds well under the airline limit and the strap still broke off. Because I did not use the product until a month after I purchased it, I was already outside the window of being able to return it. So sad. In every other way, I was ready to love this product.

I gave this product three stars for one reason only. It is beautiful and great quality with tons of space inside, however I ordered rose gold and the actual color does not match the picture. I was really looking forward to having a girly bag but instead I have the bag in the photo. Im going to keep it because its great quality but it is not at all the color I wanted! More brown than pink like in the picture.

I have had this product for just under three years, and unfortunately in August it bit the dust. The one wheel broke and is unable to be fixed, sadly rendering the whole suitcase unusable. So, great for 2.5 years, and thats about it : [

Looks great! Wheels work well. I used it one time and it ripped at a seam. very disappointed. trying to get info on the warranty.

It’s plastic but it’s good

This product first caught me eye with Its design but then the function stole my heart hahaha.
