I was told to use straight glucosamine by my orthopedic doctor. He said the combination tablets are a waste of money. That was many years ago. I have ordered this product 3 times, and would do so again if I had the room. I used the printable tags to make personal tags for Christmas presents (something Ive never done before). The box of textured cards made it worthwhile in itself. The only down side for some might be that the software is designed for XP and Vista.
