Product came in good shape, lid was sealed, but i didnt notice much difference. And after a couple of weeks i started getting headaches from L-Theanine. It resolved on its own after i stopped using it.

Definitely works. Helps with mood, sleep and overall well being. I am combining with Lysine. Also took alone to test it. Highly effective both ways but if you combine, take at night.

I ordered these to help with stress, and I do find that I am calmer. Ive been taking one in the morning and evening now for two months and feel a significant reduction in my overall stress levels.

I combined 1 capsule of this with 1 capsule of Bioactive Milk Peptides the first time I tried them. Slept like a baby. On the 3rd night it too me a loooong time to fall asleep. Tonight Ill try to of these with one Bioactive Milk Peptides.
