NOW Solutions, Avocado Oil, 100% Pure Moisturizing Oil, Nutrient Rich and Hydrating, 16-Ounce

This is my favorite skin and nail oil. My first time buying avocado oil was at Sally beauty supply, I paid over $6 for a tiny bottle that touted it as a vitamin E enriched cuticle oil. Ive also noticed all the expensive skin and eye creams contain avocado oil...I figured why not go right to the source and buy pure avocado oil at a fraction of the price and make my own? I hate paying for a name brand when I can DIY for so much cheaper. I fill up an oz size cobalt glass dropper bottle and add a few drops of lavender essential oil (also Now brand) and use it for pretty much all my skin moisturizing needs. This is my absolute favorite skin and cuticle oil and so ridiculously cheap compared to buying avocado oil-enriched products. I rub it into my hands and feet and cuticles whenever I really want some serious moisture, especially after a shower/bath or at night before bed. Avocado oil is rich in vitamins and one of the more deeply penetrating, heavily moisturizing oils out there. If I top it with a layer of Shea butter it works the absolute best, this combo also works extremely well to treat the delicate skin around your eyes to minimize fine lines. Since I have acne prone skin I do not use it anywhere on my face except around my eyes since it does cause me to break out if I use it on my cheeks or chin, YMMV.

This avocado oil is so incredibly wonderful ... I purchased three, one to cook with, the other as body oil for myself and the third as a oil for my infant great-grandson who has terrible eczema... The body oil has left my dry rough skin so soft and smooth and doesnt leave an oily film on my body and my grandsons eczema is almost gone. I cant speak highly enough of this product

I love a nice majority of NOW products from their carrier oils to the essential oils. Avocado oil is one of my favorite oils. I like the thickness of it. I use it on my hair and skin. I also use this as I make my own body butters, hair oils, and shampoos.

I use this product as the final step in the shower. I slather it on while my skin is still wet, let it sink in a little, then do a final cool water rinse to remove any extra. When I pat dry Im more moisturized than if I had rubbed lotion on. This makes moisturizing my skin easy. There is pretty much no scent either so its great for sensitive noses. Will repurchase again and again in replace of lotion.

I am very satisfied with the product. I only have one complaint, my package was delivered to the wrong address. It was delivered to 3321 Charles Street which is my neighbors address. It should have been delivered to my address which is 3325 Charles Street.

I have VERY sensitive skin and this is the very best oil I have ever found for skin and hair. Super moisturising and goes right into my skin. Does not clog pores and has no smell at all. Makes my skin glow like magic. I adore this oil!!!!!

Good stuff for hair, but I prefer NOW almond oil since almond oil smells nicer and less rancid. Avocado oil, if fresh, is good for hair. Avocado oil gets rancid fast. We had to throw away 1/3 of the bottle, due to rancidity, even though its used daily on hair. NOT RECOMMEND if you wear latex gloves. Use it in my hair

Im African and use this moisturize my body. Its very rich and leaves the skin very soft. I do a weekly hot oil treatment and its great. I regret waiting so long to try this oil. I use a small amount daily on the ends of my daughters hair and her hair does not break. Shes natural.
