I was very disappointed to discover that it contains soy. This information is listed in small print underother ingredients. Also, the taste is very bitter.

Fish oil pills are always large, but these are not that hard to swallow. I still get a fishy taste after swallowing even though it’s in the fridge and says not fish burps.

At 63, most of my friends are on cholesterol prescription meds. I have been on Omega-3 for several years. The ratio of EPA to DHA needs to be 2:1 according to my internist. This NOW brand fits the criteria, and at a reasonable price. I do not notice any after taste, but my spouse does. I put his supply in the freezer and he hasnt complained about it since.

Ive been trying to take this every morning. Seems to work just fine. But make sure to take with food or you can get some fishy burps. Ha!
