it did not work at all.....failed trying to clone my hdd

Will not work without internet activation. Activation sequence wont recognize internet connection. No one answers tech support line. Recorded instructions tell you to go online to register for tech support. What a pain. When I finally reached tech support, we spent one-hour turning off firewalls, etc. to no avail. The software continued to return errors that the activation was unsuccessful. The software would load, but would not run any routines. I am running Windows XP.

I am currently waiting for a response from this vendor, but in the meantime please know that this product can only be installed and used twice. Unless they have some type of work around for me on how to use it over and over, I wanted customers to be aware that it is NOT a good product for an IT person who needs to upgrade Older computers to newer SSA drives.

Goes smoothly as soon as you figure out that UEFI for windows is seen as a raid drive. In order to get the program to copy my main bootable drive, I had to turn off raid (I have no raid drives) and I had to turn off safe boot. Then the program copied the drive byte for byte - including the old drives identification number. After the process was done you have to re-enable UEFI and safe boot.

Very straightforward and easy to use. I’ve used several duplication software products during my career- this one is now my favorite.

I installed this, it started, failed, and then wouldnt restart. Even after uninstalling and re installing. And now that I have needed to re install it several times for troubleshooting, it says I have used the product key too many times. I contacted their support, to see about getting a new key, or getting my money back. They refused to provide me with either. Buyer beware.

Crash my computer doesn’t work at all waste the money and now I can’t even get the computer to work

Had to do recoveries on two computer ‘C’ drives trying to use this. Had one apparent success in cloning a boot drive, however, it won’t boot. Don’t know if I’ll try it again. If I do it will probably be with e stripped drive I don’t care about ruining.

Well I but this in my computer and put all my hard drive to another hard drive now I had to take in my computer because it won’t see my hard drive at all so 216$ later I have my computer.dont go here
